Finding the Administration settings

All of the System administration settings are available under the 'Admin' menu, which is located in the top right hand corner of the console......

The options available are as shown here -

So what do all these settings mean?

These are all of the administration settings for your site. Generally these are the settings which are setup when the site is first built, and rarely modified after that point. They are not settings which generally require constant maintenance.

Manage Users

This option is where you administer everything to do with the Users of your site.

Manage Roles

Once users are created, you will need to specify the Role they belong to, which defines what they have permission to do, and what messages they recieve.

Manage Domain Name

When you are ready to take your site live, this is where you add and manage the various domain names that your site will have.

Manage Site-Wide Templates

This is where you manage the Site Wide templates. The site wide templates can be applied to applied to the various pages and content of your site

Manage Content Holders

Content Holders allow you to place small sections of code on to a page, updating the content holder will update all places that the module us placed.

Manage Categories

You can set up the categories available for content classification across your site using this option.

Workflows are used to notify site owners and related people of customers interaction with their website.

Import Data

You can use the import function to import all sort of data into your site, such as Customers, Products, Web Pages 9301 Redirects) and more!

This option allows you to enable the sitemap.xml file, which assists search engines to index your site.
